I've been wanting a bjd but i want to get the whole thing (wigs eyes clothes, ect..) with out paying more by getting it all seperate.
Most websites do not offer full packages, and those that do do not offer them at a discount. Buying full packages that include wigs, clothes, and make-up is actually one of the most expensive options you can choose for buying dolls. There are a few exceptions -- I think Abio Angel or another similar company offers a package with wig, makeup, and underwear that isn't too expensive -- but for the most part if you buy a full set you need to expect to pay pretty much what you would pay to buy all of the pieces separately.
